Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at info@pharthulex.world to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We will send the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the desired replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@pharthulex.world with photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you identify any issues.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. We recommend tracking your delivery and requesting signature confirmation if available.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Due to the bespoke nature of custom and personalised orders, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or we made an error in the customisation.
