You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
• Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Items must be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalised products made to order
• Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Items that have been used, worn, or altered
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@pharthulex.world or call +353 1 764 9821 within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
3. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions for returning the item(s)
4. Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible
5. Ship the return to the address provided in the return authorisation

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

• The item received is defective or damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The item does not match the description on our Website

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt and verification of the return.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us at info@pharthulex.world to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.

We will send the replacement item once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the desired replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund instead.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@pharthulex.world with photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if you identify any issues.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the shipping address provided. We recommend tracking your delivery and requesting signature confirmation if available.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

10. Custom and Personalised Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of custom and personalised orders, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or we made an error in the customisation.
